Plant Maintenance
Amerect Inc. has the personnel, equipment and experience to provide plant maintenance services for structural and miscellaneous metals systems, as well as machinery moving and installation, in heavy-industrial facilities such as steel mills, paper mills, chemical plants and oil refineries.
Our long standing relationships with these customers, along with our inherent knowledge of their complex facilities and internal work and safety rules, allow us to provide quality maintenance services for both short-notice, quick turnaround requirements, as well as for planned major maintenance shut-downs. As with our steel and precast erection services the safety of our employees, as well as the safeguarding of the customer's facility, are our primary concerns.
Amerect Inc. is signatory to the National Maintenance Agreement for Repair, Replacement, Renovation and Maintenance Work covering both Ironworkers and Operating Engineers.
